After studying acting, Manuela Reizel experimented with various art forms. She is committed to freedom of information and was involved in the emergence of the CryptoParty movement. Despite inherent risks, she still sees an opportunity for social change in new technologies. The themes of computer science and psychology are central to her works. Two thrillers, »Der Kranich« and »Recovery«, were published by Braumüller in 2012 and 2013.
